Event Coverage Terms & Conditions

By booking event coverage with Raza Ry, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Coverage Rate

Event coverage is offered at a special rate of $250 for up to 2 hours of photography coverage.

2. Deposit and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and time. No date is held until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event start time. If the final payment is not received by then, coverage may be canceled and the date may be released.

3. Additional Time

Coverage beyond the original booked time is billed at $150 per additional hour.

Additional time must be approved by the client and is based on availability. Overtime is billed in full-hour increments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through a Dropbox folder. The client is responsible for downloading and saving the files after delivery.

Dropbox delivery links may not remain active forever, so clients are encouraged to download their images promptly and back them up.

5. Image Quantity

For every 2 hours of coverage, clients typically receive 20 to 50 final edited images.

The exact number of delivered images depends on the nature of the event, pacing, lighting conditions, access, and overall flow of the coverage. Specific image counts are not guaranteed.

6. Editing and Creative Discretion

All delivered images are selected and edited at the photographer’s creative discretion. This includes image selection, color treatment, cropping, and overall final presentation. Raw files are not included and will not be delivered.

7. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the event address, start time, point of contact, parking instructions, and any important moments that should be prioritized.

If the event runs behind schedule, access is limited, or key moments are missed due to circumstances outside the photographer’s control, Raza Ry is not responsible for missed coverage.

8. Start and End Time

Coverage begins at the scheduled start time booked by the client, not at the time meaningful moments begin. Delays caused by the client, venue, guests, or event timeline do not extend the booked coverage window unless additional time is approved.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

The deposit is non-refundable.

If the client cancels the event, the deposit will be retained.

One reschedule may be allowed if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less notice are not guaranteed.

10. Photographer Limitation of Liability

If Raza Ry is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, accident, severe weather, acts of God, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to the return of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit unless otherwise decided at photographer discretion.

Raza Ry is not responsible for compromised coverage caused by guest interference, poor lighting, schedule delays, venue rules, or restricted access.

11. Usage Rights

Raza Ry retains the copyright to all images created.

The client receives a personal or business-use license to use the final delivered images for promotion, sharing, and normal brand or event use. Images may not be sold, heavily altered, or submitted for commercial resale without written permission.

Raza Ry may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the event.

12. Agreement

Payment of the deposit confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
